We are a Catholic School that welcomes students of all faiths. All students have Religion as an academic area on a daily basis, with
regular attendance at Mass and other special liturgical celebrations. We strive to inspire and teach the children to have a prayerful
and close relationship to God. As our students grow in faith, they learn to share their faith with family and friends and grow to be
caring members of their community,

Many of our parents have commented that much of our faith and service within the school and in our community reinforces to our
students that we treat others as we would like to be treated ourselves. There is service to schoolmates; 5th graders are matched
with Pre-Kindergarten students as reading buddies - visiting class once a week to read to their younger friends. Students chosen
by their classmates represent their class on the Student Council. The "Caught in the Act" program encourages students to treat
each other with respect and kindness and recognizes them when they make an extra effort to help someone else.

Our students and their families have also participated in many volunteer efforts in the Greenfield community, including the
following examples of service during 2008:

" Preparing salads for the local community meal, and putting together "To Go" lunches for those attending the meal program,
giving attendees a second healthy meal to take with them.

" Adopting a family at Christmas through the Adopt-A-Family Program - This school wide event asks students to make a sacrifice
in order to earn a donation towards a gift for the family member for whom their class will provide a gift. Older classes discuss gifts
to be purchased, assist with shopping and wrapping, and the entire school helps to provide additional food for the family that will
last beyond the Christmas season.

" Each class participates in a Spiritual Apostolate in which they are prayer partners with an order of priests and an order of sisters.
Letters are also written to the members of these orders.

" The organizing of a fundraising cook-out by Middle School students, to raise money for the victims of hurricane damage in Haiti.

" Food drives to donate food to local food pantries.

" Visiting the local senior center at Christmas to sing carols. Students were accompanied by music from the HTS Select Band.

" Assisting the Rosary Society with their tag sale fundraiser at Holy Trinity Church.

" Choosing a charity annually to which the proceeds from the Holy Trinity School Garden Project will be donated.
