Holy Trinity School offers many opportunities for parents to be involved with their child's education, not only in the more
formal areas of parent teacher conferences in the fall and spring and multiple open house opportunities throughout the year,
but also in less formal gatherings and volunteer opportunities during the school year.

Parents of younger students are asked to review work that comes home in the child's folder with their child to become familiar
with what their child is learning as the year progresses. When homework is given, parents are asked to review the homework
assigned.

There are also volunteer opportunities throughout the year, including chaperoning of field trips, assisting teachers with specific
projects and service opportunities. Parents are also encouraged to share their special talents with students. The Holy Trinity
School community also gathers during the year at the school's Advent and Beacon Lights concerts, band concerts and open
house events.

The Holy Trinity School Parents Association is responsible for fundraising, and also for organizing informal gatherings
throughout the year, giving students and their families a chance to get together informally for socializing outside of the
classroom. In the last year, these events have included the "welcome back" pot luck supper, Fall Harvest pizza night with
pumpkin decorating, and school and community wide spaghetti supper. Other events include a parade entry in the Franklin
County Fair, an evening trip to the Deerfield Academy Planetarium and a summer bowling event for students.

The Parents Association also organizes fundraising events throughout the year, including the Candy Cane Carnival and Craft
Fair, annual raffle calendar sales, and HTS Golf Tournament.

Parents and families are an important part of the Holy Trinity School Community!
