Parents Association

The Parents Association of Holy Trinity School plans social events for the school community and raises funds to help offset tuition costs. Every parent of a Holy Trinity School student automatically becomes a member of the Parents Association. The Parents Association holds monthly meetings throughout the school year, usually held the last Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm. All parents are welcome to join us to help with Fun Raising and Fundraising activities!

2008 Candy Cane Carnival Craft Fair

November 22nd and 23rd, 2008

The 54th Annual Candy Cane Carnival Craft Fair will be held November 22nd and 23rd at Holy Trinity School in Greenfield, MA. Whether you are planning for the holidays, want a unique gift for someone else, or are looking to treat yourself, over 65 artisans and craftspeople are ready to share their wonderful handmade products with you! This event is held indoors with plenty of free parking!

Watercolors by Harry Ruddock

The Holy Trinity School Garden Project classes will again be selling their handmade products from the garden as well as seeds for your own garden next year. Proceeds go to the charity they have chosen for the year as well as to buy seeds for next spring!

Also returning will be our amazing multi raffle table, the incredible parents pantry filled with a wonderful assortment delicious home baked goods (just in time for Thanksgiving), our snack bar with refreshments or full lunch offerings, and of course the Scholastic Book Fair!

Vendors:

Vendors who meet our acceptance guidelines below are encouraged to submit an application for review. Spaces within each craft category are limited, and, once submitted photographs have been reviewed, and if approved, open spaces will be awarded based on postmark receipt of application and payment. If there is no space within your category, we will promptly return your payment and photographs to you.

Costs for space for the two days within the Auditorium (upstairs) or Gymnasium (downstairs) is $85 if payment is postmarked after July 14th.

The Holy Trinity Parents Association acceptance guidelines for products shown and sold at the Candy Cane Carnival are as follows:

All items must be designed, created and decorated by applicant.

  • The CCC Jury Committee must deem items appropriate. All decisions are final.
  • No mass-produced items, no foreign or commercially made products. No items made from kits, no handcrafted items purchased for resale.
  • No home based business products or literature.
  • Vendors must be in attendance for two days (Sat 9 - 3, Sun 9 - 2).
  • Vendors may display and sell only those items listed in application. You will be asked to remove any items that we have not previously approved by the jury for your space or that do not meet these guidelines.
  • Spaces are approximately 6 ft x 10ft, with a few exceptions. All crafters are asked to stay within their boundaries during set up and selling.
  • Each crafter must donate one item to our multi-raffle table before the start of the fair.
